JULY Yachts is a division of JULY Company, and that structure shapes how we work. Captains, deckhands, and charter coordinators sit under one roof alongside our sales, crew, and maintenance teams, so the people who run a charter and the people who support it collaborate daily rather than hand a guest off between companies.
We look for people who take genuine pride in the water and in hospitality, who understand that a great charter is built from a hundred small details done right, and who want to grow inside a company that spans yachting, real estate, and private travel. Yacht Captain
Command a JULY vessel on the waters around Vancouver, responsible for the safety of every guest aboard, the condition of the boat, and an itinerary shaped to the day rather than a fixed script. Licensed and insured, with genuine local knowledge of the coast.
Deckhand Steward
Support the captain and look after guests from the moment they step aboard: lines, fenders, and safety briefings on deck, paired with the warmth and polish of a great steward in the salon and on the aft deck.
Charter Coordinator
Own the booking calendar from first inquiry to disembarkation, coordinating captains, provisioning, and guest registration so every charter departs on time and fully prepared, without a detail missed.
