Owner Services / Crew & Operations

Licensed captains, run to one standard.

A yacht is only as good as the crew running it. Whether the vessel is one of ours or one we manage on your behalf, the same captains, the same briefings, and the same operational discipline apply.

What Crew & Operations Covers

Six standards, applied to every charter.

Licensed Captains

Every vessel under our operation is crewed by a licensed, insured captain who knows the waters and the boat before a single guest boards.

Safety Briefings

Guests are briefed on safety equipment and procedures before departure, on every charter, without exception.

Itinerary Planning

Routes and stops planned around the guests aboard and the conditions on the day, not a fixed script followed regardless of either.

Provisioning

Catering, beverages, and any special requests arranged ahead of departure, so nothing is improvised at the dock.

Crew Scheduling

Consistent crew assignments where possible, so the people running your yacht know its systems and its quirks.

Weather & Safety Discretion

The captain has final authority to adjust or postpone a charter for safety, always with a clear alternative offered.

Why It Matters

The difference a good captain makes.

Guests remember the crew as much as the yacht itself. A captain who reads the day, adjusts the plan without being asked, and puts first time charter guests at ease is the difference between a good afternoon and a memorable one.

For owners, that same discipline protects the asset. A crew who treats your yacht as their own responsibility runs it more carefully, reports issues sooner, and keeps it in the condition it deserves between charters.

Consistency matters as much as skill. When the same captain and crew return to your yacht charter after charter, they learn its systems, its handling, and the small preferences that make a good experience feel effortless.
